How to make an online purchase at Grønlund & Lefort:

1:

Find the item or items you want to buy and put them in the basket.

 

2: Shipping or pick up at our shop:

Choose between if you wish to have the items shipped to you or you want to pick them up at our shop at Gammel Kongevej 94a, 1850 Frederiksberg.

Pick-up can take place from Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 12.00-17.00. Wednesday only at an appointment. Pick up of antiques/ porcelain  can at the earliest  happen 48 hours after ordering, as the items may be in our remote warehouse. We will send you an email when we have the item in the store and they are ready for for pick up. 

 

3:Online payment:

You can pay with Visa card, Mobilepay or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, please choose an immediate transfer, if possible so that your order can be processed faster.

4: Pick up and payment in the shop:   

When picking up in our shop you can also pay with Dankort, Visa card, cash or Mobilepay.

Shipping: 

In Denmark we ship exclusively with GLS and to your nearest GLS parcel shop. International shipping is with Post Nord.

We always send all packages as soon as possible. And we have the responsibility for your product to arrive intact.

Returns:

According to current law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Please contact us before you return the item. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.

If you choose to send the item return by post, you are responsible for the cost of this. You can also return the item in the store, but it will not be possible to get the money back until one of our experts has looked it through. 

The returned item must be sent to our store Grønlund & Lefort at Gammel Kongevej 94a, 1850 Frederiksberg and not to a parcel shop, as we do not have the opportunity to pick up parcels in parcel shops.
